As a United States Marine Philip Fell served 14 months in Vietnam. Attached to an infantry unit he got an up-close-and-personal view of the conflict, the country and the people. His passion for photography went beyond merely snapping "buddy pictures" or combat.

Photography Anywhere's images recorded the festivities at the two-year anniversary at the Boquillas Port of Entry, which is within Big Bend National Park and the Rio Bravo Region of Mexico. Boquillas re-opened in 2013 and travel across the U.S. - Mexico border is mainly by rowboat.
WHAT MAKES A REALLY GOOD PHOTOGRAPH?
Researching the answer to such a six-word question proved a daunting task. Clearly there is no single answer. Check off the following: interesting and engaging subject matter, focus and composition, lighting and composition. However, all of the above items that can make up a really good photograph are indeed subjective.
